General Overview

Brighton East Farms Homeowners Association is located in Brighton, Colorado at N 48th Avenue and N 40th Avenue. The Association consists of 859 multi and single family homes and was established in 2002. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Parks & Playgrounds

Right next to the community is “Donelson Park” which is owned and maintained by the City of Brighton. It sure feels like it is part of the community though and is open for use by all residents. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside. Donelson Park is located at  4500 Midland Street, Brighton, Colorado.
